Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
