For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
