A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
