Parking for a maximum of 2 cars is available; the parking fee is included in the total amount. Parking is not allowed on the street, in the yard, or in the condo parking lot. Martinique’s location next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Reserve provides miles of quiet sandy white beaches, away from the crowded beaches of the high-density high-rises in Gulf Shores. Several great restaurants are nearby on Fort Morgan Road, and it's an easy 20-minute drive into Gulf Shores.
For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Fitness working hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and fitness admittance is by access device only. An adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under in the pool.
