Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
The home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park, and near McGrew Court Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you'll have easy access to everything.
The home has quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
