The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
