With its prime location, modern comforts, and incredible views, this condo is your ultimate beachside escape in Orange Beach. Local attractions include Dinosaurs In The Woods, the Orange Beach History Museum, Gulf State Park Nature Center, Bamahenge, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, The Wharf, Adventure Island, Orange Beach Welcome Center, and Romar Beach.
Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. [SI]
