For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. This unit doesn't have a hot tub on the balcony. Beach towels are not provided. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
