Overall Caldera is a great apartment complex. All their apartments are newly renovated with all new appliances and in unit washer and dryer. They have 2 beautiful pool areas and a newly renovated gym area. They provide food trucks for all the community get-togethers and parties. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous and very professional. I would recommend Caldera to anyone looking a safe, clean apartment complex.

The management team is wonderful and accommodating within reason. They understand corporate has a view but they work with the residents to ensure that corporate and the residents are happy.
