They lady that help us trough the process was very kind and also she guide us through the apartments, they have really nice areas, we love the pool, the garage and obviously the apartment it has everything that we need and want

Great place. Maintenance is superb, office personnel are great. The only negative thing I'll say, is ive been waiting on a garage to open up for 2.5 years now. And regular parking can be a pain. That is my reason for not giving 5 stars

We completely understand your frustration regarding garage availability. We do maintain... a waitlist, and because garages only become available when a current resident vacates one, it's difficult for our team to provide an estimated timeline. We certainly wish we had more garages to offer!

Living here has been okay overall, but there are several areas that could be improved. The gym could really use some updated equipment as it feels outdated compared to other apartment communities. The sauna is a nice amenity but the temperature should be set higher so it actually feels effective. One of the biggest issues is cleanliness. The hallways often have unpleasant odors because some residents leave their trash outside their doors on weekends or other non-trash pickup days and it’s flies... all in hallway. There are also frequent problems with pet waste and urine near the building entrances, which creates a strong smell and makes the property less enjoyable. Better enforcement of community rules and more frequent cleaning would make a noticeable difference. With improvements to the amenities and better maintenance, this apartment community would provide a much better living experience for residents. Also do better with parking spaces being closer to your actual unit.

Everyone from Leasing too services and the connected apps has made this an easy "yes".
While there were many communities too choose from, The Met at Fashion Center provided more amenities which were important too our family.
