so far so good been here only about 2 months. they keep the community clean and are good with responding to maintenance calls. i will say the first floor isn’t for the weak, it is very annoying having to hear everything going on upstairs

I wish they could just fix the gate it’s been years since they made it but yet it’s not working. Maintenance are always on time and the staff are nice

Not a very clean apartment when we moved in. Very noisy neighbors above. Maintenance never show up. Dead huge tree in front of my apartment and branches are falling off every time we get a wind or rain storm and it's left there for days. People don't pick up their animal waste.

Muy buen trato los compañeros de la oficina hablan English y Español .. el condominio es muy hermoso y tiene muchas recreación es tranquilo tiene área para las mascotas también y el apartamento es acogedor tiene unos balcones bastante amplios para relajarte
