I’ve had good experiences so far. I haven’t moved in yet, but lease is signed. Everything looks great and it feels like they run fairly strict with their community rules which is great since my current community does not. This review looks too much like spam and it won’t let me post it. Lord of the rings was a solid movie, right?

Rude leasing and management, loud, bugs, predatory towing

Mixed feelings about leaving a 1-star because I actually love my apartment. Maintenance staff here is amazing. However, the sheer disrespect and condescension from the management team—specifically the manager and the leasing agent, Jackie—have made me deeply regret my decision to renew my lease. I definitely will not be signing here again.
Dismissive and Disrespectful Mgt
The primary issue is how tenants are treated when they bring up legitimate concerns. If you have an issue, getting anyone to...
answer the phone is a major hurdle. Worse, when you do speak with them, you are completely dismissed.
I use the pool daily as a vital part of my self-care routine; in fact, the amazing pool facilities were the main reason I chose to move here. Unfortunately, the pools are frequently closed. When I brought this up, the manager flatly told me today that they will not send out community notices to let residents know when the pools are unavailable.
Even more frustrating was my interaction with Jackie. When I called to report that the pools were locked yesterday, she repeatedly insisted they were open—flat-out contradicting me, even though I had personally walked down to check and find them locked multiple times. To be so blatantly disbelieved and disrespected by staff is infuriating. The management team made it very clear today that they do not value or respect my word, to the point where I now feel forced to take photos of locked gates just to prove I am telling the truth.
To cap it all off, after Jackie saw how genuinely upset and unhappy I was about the pool situation today, she threw a passive-aggressive, dripping-with-attitude Have a nice day! at me as I walked out the door. It was insulting and incredibly unprofessional.

Beyond the management issues, potential residents should be aware of the heavy extra costs and strict rules:
The towing policy is ruthless. They will tow your vehicle immediately without hesitation or question.
You are forced to pay for valet trash service every month, even if you prefer to walk your own trash to the dumpster. Be sure to look closely at all the hidden charges before signing.
We do experience issues with bugs, to their credit, management is quick to send out an exterminator when requested

If you value being treated with basic human respect and want reliable access to the amenities you pay for, I do not recommend moving here.The beautiful apartment is simply not worth the toxic, condescending treatment from the front office.

No complaints here! Love it here so much I released my apartment for another year, community is peacefully quiet, the scenery is beautiful , and this is the perfect spot that’s close to multiple shopping stores. I hope they continue to build and greater than it already is.
