Nice place to live. Attentive office team. Good apartment for the money. Generous pet policy. Located near Walmart, several gas stations, shopping and restaurants.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL- I WOULDN’T TOUCH THIS PLACE WITH A 10 FOOT POLE

For starters I was manipulated and lied to thinking I was getting a renovated unit (when I was not) and before even accepting the keys after doing a walk through I was told (there’s nothing they can do about it without me breaking a lease)

Roaches everywhere, fridge was broken when I got there, ac unit is so loud it keeps me up at night, dryer makes all my clothes smell like cigarettes, super creaky floors, rude staff members, wrappers, band-aids, and coke cans float in the pool on the regular... , I could go on and on.

I have only been here since August 1st of 2026 (4 weeks) and I can say with 100% certainty I will not be resigning and will pack my stuff and leave as soon as possible!

Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!!

I have been here for over 13 years and I absolutely love it. Very quite very clean. The pools are always well kept. They are always on top of the landscaping. We have the most sweetest maintenance man. He has waved high to me almost every morning for like 5 years now. Just all around a great property especially now that it is under Solas. The office staff is wonderful. Thank you!!

When moving in the apartment was filthy and the master bedroom toilet wasn't connected. The front office said they put in a work order but nothing for days. Probably not the best community, but its a cheap place to live for the space you get.
