This complex went downhill sharply after a change in management. Pest control issues, rampant marijuana usage in and around complex which management refuses to deal with, and trash left out in almost every hallway. They do not answer the phone during office hours, do not respond to voicemails and do not respond to emails. Your only hope of actually speaking to complex management is hounding them in person, otherwise they will just ignore everything. Even my new appt (much nicer) had difficulty... contacting Bask to verify my renter's history because Bask does not answer the phone or emails. Terrible living experience.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! It's not just beautiful and well-maintained, it also feels incredibly safe and welcoming.
