No unregistered overnight guests are allowed; a $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. No smoking is allowed; a $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside the unit. Please report any property damage or broken items promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest. Please do not take anything that is not your property, as missing property will be billed to the guest. Checking in early or out late without prior approval will result in a fee of $50 per hour.
