One free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car are available. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
