Enjoy complimentary coffee, pool access [The pool is heated only, during the Winter months], sky lounge access, indoor lounge access, gym access, 6 EV charging stations, 1 free assigned garage parking spot and a 2nd unassigned parking spot for a 2nd car. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
