This condo includes complimentary coffee, pool access which is heated only during the Winter months, sky lounge access, indoor lounge access, gym access, 1 free assigned garage parking spot and a 2nd unassigned parking spot for a 2nd car, and 6 EV charging stations. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
