Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors, and any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property; a $500 fine will be applied for violations. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance; early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or by the agreed-upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use and dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
