Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee is charged based on stay length. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
