Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
