Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
