Parallel

So far overall a poor experience, the complex itself is low tier quality. Packages constantly get stolen and nothing ever gets done about it, call box which is supposed to be a luxury addition is mostly broken or doesn’t actually work, leasing office never seems to be communicating with each other so documents never probably get shared for completion, and the outside perimeter of the complex always smells like urine either on the sidewalk or in the stairwells.

I love living at Parallel! It’s a great community and the leasing staff and managers are always helpful when I need them. The maintenance staff does an amazing job and gets things done efficiently.

The only positive aspect of living at Parallel is the incredible maintenance crew, along with Wendy and Cody. While I cannot speak on the other manager since I haven't interacted with her much, Wendy is absolutely amazing, and Cody is excellent at addressing resident concerns. The entire maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. Honestly, if it weren't for their exceptional service, I would have moved out two years ago.

Paralle is a convenient place to access to highway. It's very cozy, calm and safety.
The hallway is always clean and neat. The staffs in the office are freindly and helpful. They are professional and solve the problem no matter. Thank you all!

Wendy and Cody are exceptional and great at what they do, but assure that all residents are held at the same standards with parking would be helpful.
