I recently suddenly relocated from Sonoma County and found La Valencia. The staff were super supportive and helpful every step of the way.
My biggest compliment was the ease with which they helped me relocate when I discovered I needed a different apartment arrangement. They helped me find my elevated spot and they made the transition easy

The staff at La Valencia is very responsive. I shared my concerns late on a Thursday and everything was handled to perfection on Friday morning. Great team! Really super nice people!

My family & I really love it here. The location is great, the setting is always clean, and the staff is very solid. Special shotout to Shannon who always greets us with a smile, super helpful, & gets things taken care of whenever we've had an issue.

I absolutely love living at La Valencia! Location is amazing and the neighbors are great
The staff in the office, especially Omar has been so kind to me and my family and has always been willing to help and go the extra mile for us. My kids have made friends here and they love the pool! Thank you La Valencia!
