Lived here about 5 months and looking at older reviews I can say NEW management and PM team are very helpful and actively busy with improvements and repairs to property , neighbors and community are mixed class but amicable … nice place to live , good for families and dog friendly… I’ve had very few complaints, repairs and concerns however, I have always received timely attention and resolve from staff and if not resolved than adequate information is usually provided regarding the issues , nice... neighborhood , property is relatively clean and safe , long standing residents say the place has improved dramatically in the past year or so , 4.0 stars due to building being a bit older, no in-unit washer and dryer, gotta smoke off property … Read More

Had an amazing tour and overall experience with Kristin M. She is very friendly, attentive and helpful. She was one of the reasons I decided to sign the lease.

I have been studio hunting for a few months now, Linda made this experience very easy and simple for me by going over all the details and everything I was looking for as a first-timer moving to SF. She went over the application process and all the perks that come with being a resident there. I love that the building has a private parking garage and laundry room which is very rare to find in downtown SF.

I've searching for a new place to live in SF for the last 3 weeks, and Linda was before the most professional and thorough tour guide and leasing agent. She was very friendly, personable, and provided detailed insights into each property that I was interested in. I signed a lease in no time after my experience.

Giving the property 4 star rating (only thing stopping me from 5 star is the age of the building with respect to newer properties available, but price is great!)
