Everything is great, but if you have two cars, parking will be an issue. The leasing staff where not upfront about this. 3 stars.

I love living at Sunbow. The leasing office staff are kind and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff have a quick response time and ensure that all issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner. The porters keep the property clean and the neighbors are friendly and also keep the community clean. Noise is not an issue here. Parking is sufficient. I have been living here 7 months and have no complaints.
