I am a very happy resident here at terra vista.i have been a resident for almost 6 years and in that time amy issue that i have had for maintenance has always until now been taken care of immediatly and with courteous and proffesionalism. Would reccomend terra vista to be a resident 110%

Not great because the upstairs tenants are bed inconsiderate, dropping litter & flooding my patio. Noise are excessive dropping objects evdn wee hours of the night. Not conducive to people living downstairs especially when we’re seniors.
