Location and amenities are the best part of Next on Lex. It's not too far or too close to freeways, malls, and shops. Many good places are either within walking distance or a short drive (~10 minutes). As for amenities, I like how the apartment has both quiet and fun spaces. The quiet being work lounge and conference room (another work lounge), the fun being pools, yoga room, gym, and party room.
