Here is our experience: Make Towne at Glendale your home and be prepared to have the luxury of a cascading waterfall in your living room every time it rains, take a refreshing dip in an unfinished cement hole in the courtyard and enjoy the smell of trash in the morning as you make your way down your trash can lined hallway. Let's not forget the parking lot where you will have the pleasure of parking or driving through a beautiful pond every time it rains. If you love living in a perpetual... construction zone where nothing is done right, THIS is the place for you!

This is the worst community management I’ve ever experienced. We have a few months on our lease and we’re already looking for a new apartment complex to move into. From day one things were broken. We have maintenance come to fix the issues just for them to break again over and over. The community is disgustingly dirty, we’re paying for a pool that has not worked since we’ve been here, the exercise equipment doesn’t work, theres abandoned construction throughout the community, and there’s no... point in contacting the office about any of this because they never help with anything.

The Pool is undergoing remediation and upgrades. Unfortunately, unforeseen construction delays have extended completion, but these improvements are being made to ensure long-term safety and enjoyment.

While we realize this does not undo the frustration you’ve felt, we want to assure you that our team is committed to making meaningful improvements.
