It would hard to live anywhere else because of the overall experience here with the management, how the place is kept up and the maintenance & service crew !

It's a lovely and quiet place to live. Apts are spacious with all the amenities I was looking for. Residents are respectful. Not very social but the few residents I have met so far are super nice. The team in the office is wonderful. The maintenance teams are really responsive and so nice. Only watch out is extra fees & a new policy to rent the cabanas to host any friends at the pool. Monetizing a very basic amenity at a place this expensive put a damper on my otherwise great experience.

Accent is really nice and the amenities are great! The hot tub is surprisingly large! Love that the fitness/gym overlooks the pool. The grounds, hallways, common areas, everywhere is very clean and has a resort feel. The office staff are all so nice. The complex is in a great location near shops, dining, tourist areas, the beach. The complex is beautiful and has everything. We're really glad we found it and have enjoyed our first month here!
