There is no insect screen on the balcony door this is very important

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to enjoy fresh air while keeping insects out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a balcony door screen. While our apartments do not currently come with... built-in insect screens, many residents have found success with easy-to-install options available online, such as magnetic mesh door screens.

Missed appointment

I made an appointment and received 3 emails confirming the time. When I arrived at the property, no one is in the leasing office. I called the number on the tour instruction and kept getting hang up.

Overall so far I'm happy,,, however there isn't enough light in the living room. I don't know if I can replace the existing bulbs with LEDs that are brighter?

Desmond At Wilshire is a great apartment good appliances good size of apartment. It has a no smoking in the building policy, which is not being really controlled, Construction and cleaning takes so long, Sometimes the residents have to suffer Under the construction for six months. Once those things are resolved, it is a good place to live
