I have been in my unit now for two weeks my overall experience with the management team. Dia and Macy were extremely nice and helpful with assisting me with any questions and even a second walk-through of the unit, just to ensure that I made the right decision and answered all of my questions. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to enjoy fresh air while keeping insects out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a balcony door screen. While our apartments do not currently come with... built-in insect screens, many residents have found success with easy-to-install options available online, such as magnetic mesh door screens.
