I’ve had a great experience at The LC. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance is always timely and reliable, and the leasing office staff is consistently helpful and communicative, which makes a big difference. Overall, the level of service here really stands out and makes the community a great place to live.

Nightmare

If the relentless construction doesn't get to you, the nightly police helicopters overhead will. I moved in here and it was great until Greystar bought the building. They are only interested in maximizing their profits, which is why the building has so many vacancies. There is nonstop construction, things break all the time, and it is very noisy. Also Greystar posts a bunch of fake positive reviews to make it seem good, but don't fall for their trap. Run and run far away from the LC.

The building is located in a great neighborhood near market , restaurant, Coffee shop and bars . Great residents and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. I recommend people who are looking for a place to live , this is the right place for you .

ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Location is great - that's all you got. If you want to live in the so called 'luxury' building where elevator breaks down on the regular, building doors may or may not with your fob, the building is ALWAYS under major constructions projects, and assessments fees/rent goes up mysteriously by $10-$20 a month, then this is place for you. Oh, you may also enjoy the last minute water shut offs, unwarranted fire drills, flooding, strange smells, and just never ever a quiet living environment. But... again, the location is great.
