Stella is a great place to call home, the staff is friendly and effective. The aminities offer resort style living and the common area's offer retreat spaces and calming and or active settings. I would recommend Stella to anyone looking for apartment type living.

The elevators break frequently, sometimes all of them requiring me to climb seven floors to my apartment. Requests for directions to stairways and updates on elevator repairs have been ignored. Management consistently blames inaction on repair people arriving without tools or waiting for a part. No one cares.
