Lofts at Noho Commons

We have lived here since the building opened 19 years ago, and have stayed because of all the amenities, the convenience, and the people.

I lived here for 5 years. I wouldn't live here if I were you. Car was stolen from underground parking (in addition to being broken into multiple times). the staff Never helped in any way. Packages are stolen always, and it will takes weeks to get things fixed more often then not. I had to have them fix my washer/dryer and disposal over 15 times. The maintenance man told me it should be replaced but they never did. With the exception of maybe Bryanna, the staff here is truly insufferable. Leanne... is definitely the worst. She defends the fact that there are packages stolen here. She defends the building when my car was broken into. She says it happens everywhere. lol. Maintenance Team is Dope! Came to fix my AC twice. Both times were quick and very efficient!

Great Service The ladies in the leasing office are phenomenal (Bryanna, LeAhnn, and Silva), always professional, informative, and responsive. The maintenance crew are equally as professional, they are efficient and friendly. I appreciate same day service for any urgent maintenance work I need done, they always come thru.
