Scheduling a tour was very simple and straightforward. I really appreciated that I got to have a tour with a live person versus me touring alone. The staff in the leasing office was wonderful to work with and accommodating. I felt welcomed my 1st day. I love the community and relaxing the atmosphere is. It is well maintained and I take pride living there

Avila in RSM is a very good location, in a safe, well maintained community, but rents are too high and monthly junk fees added are excessive.
