Crossbrook Apartments

So quiet , beautiful and peaceful. I am always relaxed when I an at my apartment, even though I’m surrounded by Nieghbor’s , it’s so quiet that I really don’t get bothered

It is very quiet to live here and I feel comfortable using the facilities although they should put security cameras in the parking lot, my wife crashed her car and there was no one responsible and the office did nothing about it, we have seen people who do not live in the apartments throwing garbage. They should have control over that.

I love living here! It’s a beautiful community and management is fantastic! Between the location, the beautiful property with all of the trees and flowers, and the amenities, I couldn’t imagine a better apartment complex to live in. I just signed another lease and as long as management never changes, I will never move! All of the staff here are quick to respond and take pride in their work. I took a picture of some of the team doing their annual cobweb knockdown today. This place is always clean... and full of life with all of the trees and vast amount of flowers. I love walking the dog in the morning and listening to all of the different birds that live here.

People complain about parking but that is an issue everywhere in Rohnert Park. At least we have nearby off street parking, not every complex has that available, and for $5 you can park overnight at the train station across the street where there is 24 hour video surveillance. These are older buildings but have been remodeled beautifully for their age.

All of the appliances, cabinets, floors, light fixtures and countertops are newer, but they struggled to get my front door weatherstripping right because of the age of the frame. This is just part of living in an older building. Really no big deal because they tried and tried again until they got it right. For the price, it couldn’t get better than this. I even got my son to rent an apartment on one side of me and a childhood friend of mine on the other side. All of us are happy here and plan to stay a long time! Read More

It’s very peaceful and there is great common areas to hang out in and socialize! It’s a great area for people of all ages! Everyone has been very friendly and helpful!! From office staff, to maintenance, to neighbors!
