The service wasn’t so good I’m not able to pay my utilities online and my rent and someone’s dog had bite my dogs ear now she has to get surgery and it cost a lot of money

My apartment community has been a challenge for me from day one. Even in this moment I’m oppressed nightly by the constant pounding of the stomping of the resistance that were relocated to live above my unit. My peace has been interrupted by water coming down from their unit into mine. The monthly bill I have continue to be charged for hauling trash in addition to already paying for trash. The fact that I on my own choose to separate my recycling and properly dispose of it correctly has no... merits. I’m still charged for hauling due to what others actions are. Having no ventilation creating mold , damped window seals creating a stale Oder that is obvious upon entry into my unit. This requires that I buy multiple air deodorizer’s. I’ve submitted work orders. Talked face to face with management and maintenance about all of these continuing issues and yet here I am still six months later with more of the same. I’m praying and trying to be humbly patient. However, this is a problem.

I requested pest control services. I had previously made this request and it had been scheduled to be completed on a day when I was working. Apparently they required more explicit permission from me in order to simply enter and do what I had asked.
The ants come in when it rains. If they find food they will stay. On the latest occasion I made the request and it was fulfilled. And after the application of the pesticide, the ants got very slow and stopped entering.
Not perfect, but this is... what we can expect with current technology.

It is a pleasure to live here at the Vue 3600. Good amenities. The units are very nice, new, clean and spacious. And most importantly very pet friendly. I love the activities as well.
