Overall nice place to live. I just don't like that they don't replace things for long term tenants. Over time things need to be replaced no matter how clean you are!!

To start, the previous leasing agent that no longer works here, lied to us about the apartment we were getting. We were able to self tour the showing apartment & were told that our apartment would look like that. We weren't actually allowed to see our apartment before moving in but we trusted that they wouldn't lie to us. Cabinets are made to look new but its just laminate that was already peeling upon move in. Ceiling light cover has tape on it. Laminate floors in the bathroom (which you aren't... EVER supposed to put laminate in a BR) are bubbling / coming apart. Half our outlets & switches don't work. Paint spots were left on the floor. I can hear every step our neighbors make & can even hear them talking. Both our neighbors across the hall constantly fight & ask to use our phones only to keep fighting (the police were here for it. The service wasn’t so good I’m not able to pay my utilities online and my rent and someone’s dog had bite my dogs ear now she has to get surgery and it cost a lot of money

The community is amazing. It's nice and quiet, everyone is so friendly. The staff is amazing as well. They tend to every need and make sure you're satisfied with your living.

My apartment community has been a challenge for me from day one. Even in this moment I’m oppressed nightly by the constant pounding of the stomping of the resistance that were relocated to live above my unit. My peace has been interrupted by water coming down from their unit into mine. The monthly bill I have continue to be charged for hauling trash in addition to already paying for trash. The fact that I on my own choose to separate my recycling and properly dispose of it correctly has no... merits. I’m still charged for hauling due to what others actions are. Having no ventilation creating mold , damped window seals creating a stale Oder that is obvious upon entry into my unit. This requires that I buy multiple air deodorizer’s. I’ve submitted work orders. Talked face to face with management and maintenance about all of these continuing issues and yet here I am still six months later with more of the same.
