One55 Lofts

Nice community and great on-site staff. However, the unit was not quite ready and there was no communication regarding this. I needed to keep on asking, until someone really responds, waiting for 7 days as common. Out contract was signed one month before the moving in date. My parking was double assigned, which was stressful as a new moving-in resident.

The building and community are very nice. There’s and dog park, soaking tub, and bbq for communal use. Management is friendly and quick to resolve issues.

I appreciate all of the help I have gotten from maintenance and I also really appreciate a police report being filed regarding my stolen packages. Thank you

I’ve had a great experience living at One55 The Lofts at Albert Park in San Rafael. The building and units are well maintained, and the overall condition reflects the care the property team puts into upkeep. Neighbors are respectful of the property and of each other, which creates a pleasant, quiet, and friendly atmosphere.

The management and maintenance teams responsiveness and reliability is stellar. Any issues are addressed promptly, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping common areas and... apartments in solid shape. This level of care contributes a lot to the overall quality of living here.

The only drawback is the renter’s insurance requirement. The current process requires you to use the carrier options recommended. While not a deal breaker, I preferred my economical choice.

Leasing was initially frustrating due to difficulty reaching a representative and poor communication throughout the process. I was caught off guard upon move-in, as the unit differed from the one I toured. Instead of carpeting, it had uneven, poorly installed vinyl flooring. I also encountered several issues, including a cracked shower wall, a door needing replacement, damaged countertops, and poorly designed closet doors.

That said, maintenance has been excellent. The repair technician is... responsive, skilled, and has addressed all concerns promptly.

For those considering leasing from Loft55, proceed with caution. Schedule multiple tours and carefully inspect units, especially if they are not recently renovated.
