beautiful building with a great rooftop view and amenities. Makes it easy to enjoy San Diego. It's also close to Little Italy, great restaurants and farmers market, downtown and the waterfront. So you get the advantages of city living and not lose the joy of appreciating the natural beauty of the setting.

Stanza Little Italy has been a wonderful place to call home for the past two years. The management team is exceptionally responsive and proactive, always staying on top of maintenance and resident needs. The community is well-maintained, and I've had a great living experience here.

In our search for a San Diego apartment, Stanza Little Italy, was not the cheapest. It did, however, have the best balance of location, quality and amenities. The floor plan we were able to choose really works well for us. The staff really adds a lot to the experience being very personable, approachable and responsive. The community is well maintained, quiet and professional. We feel really good about our choice to live at Stanza Little Italy

Overall it’s a great place to live. The gym is nice and has a great view over the city and the staff is great too. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion and amenities work well.

The crew here at Stanza Little Italy, have always been very welcoming and cordial. They have been able to fine a solution to my request in an excellent timely manner.
I'm very happy living here. The community is also enjoyable and friendly.
