beautiful building with a great rooftop view and amenities. Makes it easy to enjoy San Diego. It's also close to Little Italy, great restaurants and farmers market, downtown and the waterfront. So you get the advantages of city living and not lose the joy of appreciating the natural beauty of the setting.

In our search for a San Diego apartment, Stanza Little Italy, was not the cheapest. It did, however, have the best balance of location, quality and amenities. The floor plan we were able to choose really works well for us. The staff really adds a lot to the experience being very personable, approachable and responsive. The community is well maintained, quiet and professional. We feel really good about our choice to live at Stanza Little Italy
