Stressful Experience
Disappointing and stressful experience as a resident. A leak from the unit above flooded my bathroom over the weekend. Maintenance tore out my bathroom flooring, left drying machines running, and moved my belongings — then went silent. No timeline, no follow-up, no point of contact.
Worst part: they entered my apartment repeatedly with no advance notice and no consent, even after I asked in writing for proper notice. The unit was left unlivable right as family was visiting.
I expected basic... communication and respect for my home and privacy. I got neither. Would not recommend based on how this was handled.
