Overall, a very nice apartment. Not very many amenities in terms of pool/gym as they are both quite small, but still something and a nice to have! Maintenance issues have been quickly addressed, but water seems to get turned off every month or so for repairs. Hasn’t bothered me as it’s always been while I am at work but something to keep in mind. As someone living alone, I have plenty of space in my 1br apmt. Plenty of storage. Another highlight is the strong water pressure

So bad. I’ve lived here for 2 months. There was no hot water for 2 weekends and now my apartment has flooded with sewage. The walls are thin, the apartment building smells strongly whenever any resident cooks. Trust me, do not stay here! I wish I could get out of my lease
