Sunnyvale Crossings

I wanted to share some concerns about the living experience here in hopes that management takes resident feedback more seriously and that other residents feel comfortable speaking up as well.

This property has a lot of potential, but one of the biggest ongoing issues has been communication. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered, and many concerns are acknowledged without any real follow-through or resolution. Residents should be able to easily reach someone directly and receive clear,... timely communication when problems arise.

There are also maintenance concerns that have gone unresolved for long periods of time. For example, our washer has barely functioned properly for most of our lease despite multiple requests for assistance. We were also assigned a parking space that is extremely difficult to use due to its placement beside a wall and garbage area, forcing us to rely on street parking for much of our time here.

Another concern is the lack of accessibility regarding urgent issues. It is confusing to have an “emergency” phone line that only appears to function during business hours, when emergencies can happen at any time.

Personally, I have also made repeated requests regarding the excessive use of strong air fresheners in the gym due to asthma and autoimmune-related health complications. Because the windows are sealed shut, the ventilation is poor and the fragrances become overwhelming, causing migraines and throat irritation. Despite respectfully bringing this up multiple times, nothing has changed.

Most importantly, many residents simply want to feel respected, heard, and valued within their own community. Better communication, stronger follow-through, and staff members who approach residents with professionalism and empathy would make a significant difference in the overall environment here.

I truly hope management considers resident experiences more carefully moving forward, because this community could be a much better place with more accountability and care. Read More

The apartment is maintained well and big shout out to Mr. Hristo, from maintenance team who is efficient , very supportive and quick to respond on resolving the issues. Manager Nora is patient and very helpful in providing details about the queries. I wish they remodel the windows for better insulation.

Had an appointment met with nora awesome person real nice . My wife and I are considering this place for sure

New management really worse. Lot of residents already left .. no one is renting it even after large discounts

travelers rent are free fyi, that's why many locals are push out. rent so high it's a mortgage!
