Awful. I literally created an account to warn others. I have been in this building for only a month and regret it immensely. Everything you could possibly imagine has gone wrong. For such a new building there are a shocking number of problems from common areas being dirty, trashcans overflowing, elevators full of pee, appliances being broken at move in (AC/drier etc), garage door not secure for months. The worst part of living here has to be the management as several have noted. At several... points (before signing a lease, during move in, after) they have been unresponsive. The straw that broke the camels back was when I reported an attempted bike theft and requested help to verify the incident and request information about more secure storage I received lip service and was then ghosted. A week later my very expensive bike was stolen and they have nothing helpful to say. A side note that they don't make clear in the lease, bikes are not allowed to be stashed in your apartment. Also, weirdly, a maximum of two guests per household which is absurd. Do not rent here. I've stayed in places half the price that were nicer. Listen to the other reviews and question why there are so many vacancies and deals on rent. Read More

We moved in a few days ago and really like the apartment. They helped us get settled and made sure all of our questions were answered.

I really enjoyed my move to this apartment. The streets and the apartment is really clean. Leasing office were readily available and helped me to move new apartment. I came from another state for my job and this apartment provide free transit bus pass which makes it even better deal.

I love this place, have been here around 6 years.
The only problelm, which had been frequent but not recently, is the frequent, head spinning staff turnover, especially the managers, and especially when each establish their own rules. Catlin and Elicia have been the best!

Parker Apartments is a very well run community - it's clean, quiet, and conducive to a productive and happy lifestyle here in Berkeley. With all of the gorgeous nature that surrounds us, life can get dirt - which is why Parker Apartments is a brilliant juxtaposition to the muddy days in the hills on foot or bike, a long day of work in the city, exploring nature further out in Marin, or just general life messiness.
