Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol

The Vineyards is a wonderful community to live in! The amenities are great! The staff is always friendly & professional. There are many stores & restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend The Vineyards to everyone!

Excellent move-in experience at the Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol. So far, I enjoy my place and the location. The staff are very approachable and greet you with a smile every time. I toured a few other luxury apartments in the area and this is one of the best overall luxury apartment complex.

The Vineyards is a great community! The staff is always pleasant & professional. The amenities & monthly activities the staff holds are fun for the families! The complex is within walking distance to many retail shops, restaurants & grocery stores. It’s a wonderful, safe community for all families!

the name. The maintenance guy only cares about getting paid and not actually doing his job correctly. We put 4-5 maintenance tickets for our fridge over a 6-month period of time due to our fridge shutting off. The fridge was never fixed and we ended up having water damage. They told us it would take 6 days to fix it. However, we moved out and it was still not fixed. They told us we would be compensated, yet we were not. When my husband called to mention it, they acted like they didn't even know... we didn't have a kitchen for over half a month. It was excuse after excuse. I know for a fact none of them would ever pay to live in the apartment we stayed in for those 3 weeks. I have seen homeless people take baths in the jacuzzi in the morning. The last time we went to the children's park there were condoms. While it's close to shopping, it's not worth the headache. Keep your move in sheets. While turning in the keys, they told me I never turned ours in. When I gave them the original sign in sheet signed by them. They did a whole 360 and said they "magically" had it on the computer. All in all, the worst experience we have ever had anywhere. Save your money and save your family from any mental trauma from these people. All they care about is your money, not their tendants, and definitely not fixing any issues that your going to have in your apartment. The Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol are an amazing apartment community. The leasing staff and management team are very friendly, accommodating, and strive to make your move in/ living experience extremely pleasant. As well as, the maintenance team continuously work to ensure your maintenance needs are met in a timely manner and up to your standards. Not to mention, the beautiful apartment layouts, luxury community amenities, and short distance to stores have made my family and I experience here in... Temecula perfect.
