Over priced apartments , gates never work and are always broken, gate code doesn’t even work so if you have a guest they can’t come in, homeless people are all around close to the gates very unsafe and I’ve seen the homeless people in the garbage as well . It is not a luxury apartment like they claim it is . Always had maintenance coming for the dryer , sink and central AC. When it was winter time the heater wouldn’t work and they would come “fix it” but it would stop working after a few days .... The entire summer they had the pool closed so my kids couldn’t even go inthey said it was for “maintenance” but we would pass by almost everyday to check and there was never any “maintenance” going on. Great place to live so far. Maintenance is relatively quick. Other tenants are friendly and nice.

Ridgeview , it is a very nice complex the apartments are nicely renovated and it is a great joy to open the door to feel at home the office staff is very professional very nice and very kind people .
