Parking was not a problem but is now a very big problem and a very profitable business for the apartment. The maintenance team is praised for fixing the many issues this apartment has. The reason people always need maintenance is because this place is not well maintained. Towing fees are $350 for next day pick up and even more for same day. Maintenance is incentivized to report anything! So if you park in visitor parking because someone is in your spot your car will be towed!

These pictures are NOT what you will be seeing when you live here! This place had about 5 different managers and leasing companies every year! Never a good sign! The area is also not well maintained. People there don't have any regards for neighbors or the complex in general. Always weed smoking, roaches everywhere, loud music from next door neighbors, people not cleaning up after their dogs, and the list goes on. Over priced apartments , gates never work and are always broken, gate code doesn’t even work so if you have a guest they can’t come in, homeless people are all around close to the gates very unsafe and I’ve seen the homeless people in the garbage as well . It is not a luxury apartment like they claim it is . Always had maintenance coming for the dryer , sink and central AC. When it was winter time the heater wouldn’t work and they would come “fix it” but it would stop working after a few days .... The entire summer they had the pool closed so my kids couldn’t even go inthey said it was for “maintenance” but we would pass by almost everyday to check and there was never any “maintenance” going on. Great place to live so far. Maintenance is relatively quick. Other tenants are friendly and nice.

Very nice apartment complex. The leasing staff is professional, helpful and very customer oriented.
