Villas at Towngate

I’m not sure if we should still lease on this place! We submitted our application 2 weeks ago and paid the holding fee and were told everything is okay. The leasing agent (I will not name her) is so unprofessional, she keep telling us she was just waiting on the manager to sign off and will send our packet right away. She told us the same BS 3 or 4 times for the last week, now we could not get ahold of anyone from the office! This is very upsetting!!! We plan on moving in next week and there’s... no update or anything in our application. If this is the kind of management I will have to deal with when we start living here, I should think it over again whether to lease with this apartment or not! I am quite content living here. The surroundings are nice, and it's so close to everything I could possibly need. Management has been most helpful and kind. What more could I ask for?

Beautiful place to live thus far. Love the location and feel of my place. As a single person I feel very safe. Plenty of automatic lights come on at night.

Love the community and all office staff and maintenance staff everyone is always so nice and welcoming

The villas at town gate have provided a good space and community for residents. I enjoy the Gates community along with the low noise and activity level.
