Ridge at Mountain View

Overall, this is a decent place with decent service. However, the walls and ceilings are made of cardboard, and everything heavily depends on how lucky you are with your neighbors — and especially with their pets. Our previous upstairs neighbors had a small dog that ran around the hallway from 1 to 4 AM. And our current ones have young cats that starting at 4:30 in the morning race around the bedroom, jumping, falling, tumbling, and playing with some kind of objects, rolling them around. Yes,... YES!! — the ceilings are so thin it's like trying to sleep inside a drum they're bouncing on.

All of our complaints and requests over the past 5 months have been met with nothing but formal responses from management, with no real changes. If it weren't for our kids' school being nearby and our hope that our complaints would eventually be heard, we would have moved out long ago.

I love living here. Staff is amazing always friendly and helpful. They are kind and genuine. The premises are well maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The Ridge is a really pleasant place to live. The staff is friendly and professional. I have had no issues living here, I have great neighbors, and I love the location.

The leasing office staff was very friendly and helpful. I told them about a bad experience applying for the last place and it feels like they really went out of their way to make sure it didn't happen here. The mature trees are beautiful and the pool is really nice. The location is great--somehow both quiet and located up the street from everything. Everyone we've met has been friendly, the grounds are kept clean, and I've been really happy here so far.
