Fairways at Raccoon Creek

Living here has been great! The location of the apartments is in a prime area. Not only is there Clement park and the Raccoon Creek golf course, but there’s just about any store you can think of within 5 minutes away. My experience with the apartment and staff has also been excellent overall. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Having lived here for three years, this is by far my favorite place. Management is always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Shout out to the maintenance team for being so on top of following up with anything that needs fixing.

Management was extremely unprofessional when we lived there and never took care of any of our concerns. Our neighbors had the Sheriff’s office there at least twice a month, we were verbally threatened by them and their dog constantly barked. Nothing was ever done with our complaints, despite bringing it to management’s attention that multiple rules were broken on the lease.

The key card to the pool and fitness facility didn’t work for months, so we were unable to get access to those facilities... after hours. We talked to multiple other tenants who had also complained about this.

When we moved out, we accidentally put Ave instead of Blvd on our new address, so we never got the security deposit back. When I contacted the office, they said they updated it and the check would be re-issued. Four weeks later we still hasn’t received it, so I emailed management again who told me it had already been sent out. We just got the check today and it was printed and mailed 2 days AFTER I had contacted them, meaning it was actually never sent out.

The Fairways at Raccoon Creek is an excellent place to live. Management is responsive and the maintenance crews are very knowledgeable and respectful of living arrangements. They are per-friendly (huge bonus). The one downside - cost. Not cheap at all.

I'm living in my 3rd apartment in Fairways and I've been happy in every single one.
