Shift Apartments

I submitted a work order for my tub to be restored on may the 28th. My work order was closed with out any resolve or explanation as to why. I called the office and talked to Faith on the phone and was given some explanation as to why and she was kind enough to schedule it for me over the phone. I had to wait several days before someone came in to take care of it. I also submitted a second work order for the same bathroom because there is mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. That work order... was also closed without any resolve. I received an email from the assistant Manager asking if they could enter and complete the work and I said No because we had planned on the next day. I found out that someone had still with out my permission entered my appointment and started ripping up the baseboards in the main bathroom. So not only did they enter without my permission because my Son was here to tell me they did so. They were working on the wrong bathroom and obviously the completely wrong thing. I came home today to mold STILL all over the ceiling of my bathroom, my towels thrown all over my room, they ripped all my fixtures off the wall, left gunk trash and foot prints all in the bottom of my tub. This is completely unacceptable and I will no longer allow anyone in my apartment without someone being home first.

I’ve had nothing but issues after issues with maintenance and the staff. Who could care less about how they treat you our your belongings. Read More

Thats it. The worst cockroach infestation I have ever seen. If you turned off the lights in one room for a minute and came back there'd be genuinely hundreds of them swarming. They crawled through our fire alarm and set them off constantly. You could constantly hear the neighbors going off constantly from it as well. I would wake up everyday and have at least 2 crawling over my body. No matter how much you clean they were always there in scores. Save your mental health and rent literally... anywhere else. If you want a property manager that won’t fix anything when something goes wrong this is the place for you. Unless you get a lawyer involved, they won’t take any of your concerns seriously.

We signed up to get a washer and dryer installed in our unit after they got rid of the public one, they tell told us that it will be installed one of these days. Every day I’d call twice. In the morning it’s definitely going to happen that day and in the afternoon they don’t know what happened. The first day... it’s a city inspection and the next day it’s what happened the day before when they don’t have an excuse for you. I bet you anything that if they respond to this review, it’s to tell me how much they’d love to help resolve this issue and to call and email them but that’s what I’ve been doing and still nothing. I lived here for two years. There have been car and mail thefts almost every week. My pipes have frozen, my carpet isn't nailed down, I've found giant nails sticking out of my closet floor. The air conditioning is trash and super old, all the filters were dirty before I moved in. The windows all had torn screens, and had water leaks when it rained. Sometimes in the winter all of the washers and dryers will freeze, it's been out for two weeks before. My stairs were so old and poorly put together... that they've fallen (yes heavy cement stairs) They charge about 10 times more than they should for this place. Read More

If you want to enjoy your living room, dinning room or kitchen..........kiss that idea good-bye. If you don't have kids you will be adopting about 20 toddlers/kids that are left outside all day every day. Please drive by. What you here outside you will hear in your apartment. This is not fair for those of us that work all day and want to come home to what we pay for. The office turns away...their hands are tied. So they think!
