I am very disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of Magnolia Ridge. Multiple repair requests have gone unresolved for months, including damaged window screens, a broken balcony screen door, and other maintenance issues. The common areas around Building E are often dirty and not properly maintained. Residents deserve a clean and safe living environment, and I hope management will take these concerns seriously.

A really good place to live. The apartments are beautiful. The property itself is beautiful lots of flowering trees that leave a pleasant fragrance in the air as you walk by them. Walking trails located behind the buildings. A fantastic dog park area and very close to shopping and retail for your convenience it’s literally within a short walking distance. I’m excited to be a part of this community ????

Do not move here.

Want to have the worst living experience of your life? Well, then come right on in. The place loves overcharging, underworking the facilities and living standards, and allowing reckless driving around the children’s play grounds. They up the rent every renewal to outrages prices. Maintenance never gets done around here, the trash situation is horrible, parking is terrible, and the units themselves are as basic as it comes with plastic wood flooring and landlord special everything. They gave us... residents no notice that people would have to be coming in and out of our apartment for a month to cut holes out of the ceilings and walls to replace some sprinkler system, no matter that we work from home or not, we have no option but to let these people tear up our house. Do not move here.

We completely understand how this negatively impacts you and being comfortable in your home. We posted door to door notices informing residents of this project along with resident emails which outlined what to expect with the project.
