I have caused no trouble in this community. The way I have been treated during this overall issue with my fridge is wrong. I am a good tenant, and I do not deserve to lose money and time. I was shown very little consideration yesterday when I came into the office and I think professionalism needs to be something that your team works on.

I rescheduled appointments that I had on Tuesday for Wednesday and now I have to reschedule them again for Thursday. You can treat your clients this way, but... you are not going to force me to treat my clients this way. You are negatively impacting my career on top of everything.
