Cortland Alameda Station is the best place in Denver CO to live because management and maintenance care very much for their residents. I have been very comfortable living here. I am very happy I live here.

Horrible management. Extremely incompetent or negligent. If you don't mind getting packages and property stolen, or if you yourself are a thief, this is the place for you!
