Going downhill

The apartment is advertised as luxury but overall maintenance of the building was not great to begin with but has significantly decreased in the past 12 months. When I moved in they were in the process of updating units. I assumed when they were finished they would go back and touch up paint in the hallways but that never happened. When things do need to be fixed they do a sloppy job and don’t clean up the messes. There are paint splatter by the main elevator for example and the door by the... elevator did not work properly for months. Most recently the building has foul smells in hallways, stairwells and the package room. Pot is also a common smell in the hallways. They will occasionally send out notices to remind tenants of the regulations but they don’t do anything further to address the issues. I love the location and my unit itself but maintenance has definitely been an issue with timelines and appropriate fixes for ongoing issues. At this point I would not recommend this building to any of my friends and I’m hesitant to invite them over because of how bad it looks in the hallways and common areas.

Top-Notch Service, Great Location! A Place You’ll Want to Call Home!

Julie the community manager has really turned this place around. Things are getting fixed and the residents are so grateful! Jesus and Francisco ,the service staff, help in a timely manner with any maintenance issues. I would recommend my friends or family to live here! There’s also restaurants near by like Blanco that are amazing and a nice movie theater too.

Huge apartments. Huge improvement

This property has really changed the last year. In a good way. Things are actually getting fixed and it is looking amazing! Lots of improvement.. I wish I could buy my apartment lol.

Huge improvement

There has been so many positive changes lately. Better security and better managers. Everyone actually cares now and stuff is getting done. I now love it here .

Great management responsiveness

I’ve been happy in the year and a half I’ve been here. Management is responsive when there are issues, and they do things like having Halloween parties (with treats for pets and people) and breakfast burritos. I have never had issues with other residents, and things are quiet for me (aside from traffic and ambulances - city living!).
