Resident for 10 years and love Cortland Flatirons

In my entire adult life I've only lived in two apartment communities and Cortland Flatirons is hands down the best. We've had a few opportunities to move to other, newer complexes, and even buy a condo but after doing the math, we are grateful that this has been "home" for the last 10 years - that provides all the things we love.

The location, convenience to shopping, restaurants, trails, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The ever present, efficient, helpful and friendly team led by Austin as well as the...
amazing maintenance crew Chad and Gaspar.

My absolute favorite things about living here is the genuine community we've built. I know my neighbors, and their dogs, and kiddos. As does the onsite team! We've created friendships and have pool parties and host one another at our apartment homes.

Very grateful to the Cortland corporation for placing great people to "work where we live."

Great customer service, clean, quiet!

Everyone in the office is lovely. The shared spaces are well kept and clean. Its easy to talk to a maintenance person or if you need help with anything. The gym is never crowded. Walls are thick. No issues with noise. This is an honest, comfortable, great place to live!
