I like living here. I like the management and vibes. I’m still waiting for them to serve breakfast burritos. But other than that this place is cool. I really like the atmosphere

Minor things continue to be an issue and overall the community feels less attended to by the current management company. I’m hopeful the new staff will start to ease out of this mindset.

I’ve lived in this unit since December 20 22. This is the quietest building I’ve ever been associated with the staff is knowledgeable and works with the tenants. Great location.

I just moved into this building, and so far I love the building and the amenities. My unit was in great condition and clean when I moved in. The cleaning lady is always cleaning the lobby and maintaining the sidewalks. I haven't had any issues with the parking garage or my move-in process. My only negative would be that it is difficult to get ahold of the front office on the phone. I've probably called 15x in the last 2 weeks just to get updates on small issues (difficulty getting internet... connected in unit, leak in hallway) and I haven't gotten anyone on the line. Emergency Maintenance also goes to voicemail. So for bigger issues... I'm not sure how that will work in the future. Otherwise, I am very happy with my choice to move here.
